Ginger is traded in three forms: Fresh (green) ginger, preserved ginger and dried ginger. Both preserved and dried gingers are used for domestic culinary purposes as well as for the food processing industry. The dried ginger is also used for oil extraction.
Our spices are mainly imported from the highlands of Ethiopia. Where they are carefully selected and passed through highly recommended processing techniques to provide a healthy and excellent quality for our customers.
All our spices comply to the European Union food safety regulations.
